In 30+ years, TJ has done it all with experience in every aspect of both building and renovating of all kinds of homes and businesses. Spending time in all area fields of home building, he has attained the knowledge of creating a quality home/ business at low costs and high quality results. Spending 5 years prior to opening his own business with Martin Luther King Housing Development, he was in charge of remodeling rental units as well as developing new homes at affordable pricing. He was responsible for the redevelopment of 23rd St. that now contains 18 beautiful homes, as well as 72nd and J that again 18 new homes were built. He has also done Churches, commercial buildings, 100+ home renovation sites, Custom Homes, and Custom spec homes. His knowledge and specialization is long earned through countless experience and determination to produce high quality results. He is also hands on in his approach towards building to insure high quality building and products.
